This beautiful shaved design is created by using a hand-carving technique called Shinogi and the horizontal lines are added to the pattern to make it extra unique. The color varies in contrast and the rim is slightly asymmetrical to provide a handmade and traditional appearance. Enough to serve a cup of coffee, tea, shochu and other beverages as it holds approximately 11.8 ounces.
