Ogawa Kiln Oribe Suhama Themed Appetizer Plate
This Oribe ware is created by adding 5% copper to transparent glaze containing feldspar, straw ashes and wood ashes as the base materials. The white surface has a traditional yet original and celebratory design, known as Hare ware, using iron brushwork called Tetsue. This traditional sized ware is shaped like a sandy beach and has been made since the Momoyama period. Perfect for both Japanese and European dishes. Serve it with small appetizers or dessert.
