This simple yet traditional plate is glazed with 50% feldspars and 50% wood ashes. Chrysanthemum and lines are drawn on the slab plate, known as Tatara-zara, to create this one-of-a-kind look. Perfect for both Japanese and European dishes. Serve it with small appetizers or dessert.
