This traditional plate is glazed with 50% feldspars and 50% wood ashes. It's deliberately fired for 5 days and is perfect for serving small appetizers or salads. After shaping it on a pottery wheel, the edges are cut to create a flower shape and the radish or flower design is engraved in the middle.
